Anyone else here TTC?

I'm hoping to continue losing weight but I'm also TTC. Because of this about 2 weeks of the "month" I'm having to go light at the gym. It's frustrating especially when it turns out to be for nothing. Anyone else in this boat?

There is actually no medical reason to change your exercise habits before or even during pregnancy, as long as your body is used to it. After you confirm a pregnancy you may wish to stop increasing the difficulty of your workouts and it becomes important to listen to your body when working out to make sure you dont over do it, especially late in pregnancy. But no need to adjust what you're doing in the gym for the tww especially. Exercise during pregnancy is one of the healthiest choices you can make.0
