New to MFP

Hi, I'm Carol & new to MFP. This is a new journey for me, I have a goal of losing 30 lbs. Right now I'm focusing on realizing if I'm actually hungry, bored, stressed or something else when I want to eat. This will take time to getting used to but w/practice I can do it.
