Net carbs

Hi all
Im just after abit of helpful advice on net carbs/fibre,I can’t really get my head around it,I’ve just logged all my food for Monday and it’s saying 39g carbs,40g fibre is that meaning I’m pretty much at zero net carbs for the day,it’s all coming from avocado,chia seeds,cacao powder,flax seeds,olive and coconut oil,I’m 10 weeks into a 12 week cut and I’m holding a little water around my midsection still,Even though I’ve only been having around 100g carbs a day(oats&brown rice)I tend to bloat quite badly from them so the last 2 weeks I’m going keto & literally trying to go zero carbs,I’ve got a holiday coming up and want to look as ripped as possible

    I’ve found the Carb manager app helpful as it deducts fiber and gives you your net carbs as you enter. I believe the paid version of mfp app also has this feature. Good luck
