I'm fighting depression so bad and have no one to talk to. I dont want to be at my CW of 273 lbs. I dont want my son to be at CW of 155 lbs. I need motivational pushes!!

    Welcome to the community! <3

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

You've got a lot on your plate. I would suggest that you eat foods that you and your son both like, so neither of you feel deprived. If you stay in a calorie deficit, you should both lose weight, barring any medical issues.

We're here to support you through the process. Good luck!

You have already started out on the right path by getting out of that relationship. I have always taught my kids that people either build you up or tear you down and there is nothing in the middle. Now it's time to build you and your son up so you both can have happy healthy lives. I have complete faith that you will just based off of the courage it took for you to post about your situation. Just take baby steps and keep pushing through for the both of you.

Thank you! It's been a tearful struggle. I have rheumatoid arthritis, which is managed ok with injections and NSAIDs and I have DDD, which isnt too bad. My biggest issue is my posterior sagittal tendon. I tore it a few months back and it wasn't discovered until a month ago, so I'm stuck in a rocker boot from body up to body down. I was 200 lbs prior to my last pregnancy. Grrrr...any support and encouraging words I crave and welcome!! ❤
