Hi, I'm Mary from Rhode Island USA!

I need to lose A LOT of weight for medical reasons. I've been using this app for a week per my doctor's recommendation, and I have to say that logging my food makes me think about my food choices. Down 4 pounds this week, I know I won't see that kind of drop every week. Also logging steps, I know I need to move a lot more than I do.
