Hello! I'm looking for friends to keep each other motivated. I joined this app today. Also, I started my weight loss journey today. I have an open diary.
Here's my measurements:
166 cm (5'5 ft)

65.5 kg (144 lbs)

Goal weight: 55 kg (121 lbs)

I want to lose weight because I believe my mental health will improve, I will physically feel and look better.
