This is the first time I have had the confidence to put myself forward and post on this community, and I am going to try to get others to join me in my very first challenge.
I am aiming for double digit weight loss in 6 weeks. I am currently overweight on my bmi and losing 10 pounds will put me comftably in the middle of the healthy range. This is something I haven't been in 10 years 😣😣😣.
I am going to post every Sunday my weight loss for the week and would love for anyone to join me, offer encouragement and support, giving advice and sharing the journey.
Hopefully you will come along and finish Summer in better shape than we started, something I am determined to do 😁[

If a 10lb loss takes you to a healthy weight, then 6 weeks is too aggressive a deficit and will be difficult to sustain long term. Put your stats into MFP and select a small target of loss, 1/2 lb a week.
It will take longer but will hopefully stay off long term.
    Good luck!

    Agree with the above.

The closer you are to goal weight, the harder it is and the longer it takes.
