Help! 10kgs to go

Help! I have lost 20kgs so far, which is amazing and I'm so proud of myself but I can't get rid of these last 10kgs. Any tips?

It would help to know your current stats. Generally once you get to your lower weight and last bit to lose it gets harder0

keep the current calories to lose(suggested by mfp), it will come off in a bit of time. Or you can add some workouts to supplement weight loss.0

Vary your workouts. Don’t get stuck in a routine. Maybe look at a trainer. High intensity interval training if you are up for it or one day a week long cardio. Also, make an honest assessment. Do you really need to lose those last 10? Is it realistic/healthy? If so, remember to be patient and persistent. It gets harder to lose as you get closer to your goals. If it is not realistic, instead focus on loving your body and all the wonderful things it does for you!6

What is your current height and weight?
How long has it been since you lost any weight?
Are you using a food scale?0 -
Recalculate your calorie goals and ensure you're still in a deficit. The less you have to lose, typically, the smaller the deficit so it takes longer. MFP isn't always amazing at updating your target when you lose weight. Force it to recalculate.2
