Newbie on a mission!

Hi all,

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi! I've been losing weight steadily over the last 6 months or so, but I hit a wall so I have decided to use this app full time and try to push off the last 2 stone! I am 5' 7" and 14 stone 2 lb. A size 16-18 not which has dropped on size from what I was. :)

I have bought a bike and am cycling 2-3 times a week and generally hoping to tone up a bit, using the app to concentrate more on what I'm eating and when!

Finding it very helpful even after just a couple of days!

So if anyone has and tips I would be most appreciative!
