Bad week!

Come back off my holiday and I've gained, I was on a great streak of losing and with all the alcohol I've drank I've put on 10lbs!!!
I know it's bad but it's just a number, so I'm back on it today a fresh week, back to work tonight so doing a very low calorie intake for the next three days to kick-start my body the right way, I'm going to have no more then 800 calories a day for the next three days, I'm currently weighing in at 19st 8, and I wanna be below 19 by next week, I know it possible as I've done it before so wish me luck!

    I wish you luck though that is a very low intake. We all have blips especially on holiday and we get back into the routine and it all comes back to normal. Do you have something special next week? If not why not consider keeping to the routine you had that gave you your losing streak. Either way I know you will get to where you want to be.

    Most of the weight you gained from holiday is probably water which should fall off over the next week. Punishing yourself with such low calories is not healthy or necessary.
