I'm trying to loose weight. But a lot of food that I eat regularly seems not to be found, when I'm trying to make a daily list.

Examples? You can always create your own meals and MFP calculates them for you.1

If you can't find a food in the database (which is user-created and often incorrect), try adding the food manually using either the info on the label or the USDA website: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list0
