Workouts on phone?

I'm old? I still type up a page for my workouts, modify it each week, print it out, then take it in to the gym with me, in a folder with a pencil. I do have my phone with for music and a timer as well.
I have seen others with workouts on their phones and it looks so much easier, not to mention a whole lot less paper and ink going around!

Is there a specific app to use to keep it all organized or just how do people do it?

For strength training I use an app called StrongLifts 5x5 - I organizes my weight training. For running and cycling I would suggest runmeter or cyclemeter -- there both good apps.

Thanks. I use Nike for running & Strava for running & biking and have my Garmin watch. I downloaded "Jefit" app, was editors pick, off to try it in the gym now, see how that goes. I couldn't see how to change the weights, maybe I have to do that as the app is in "workout" mode? Should have a way to "plan" the work out though?

If I don't like it, I'll look up the StrongLifts one.
