    That plateau almost broke me, hopefully the needle keeps moving in the right direction!

    7/22: 300 (Just came back from vacation. Never hit 3 bills before, so I got motivated)
    7/29: 295 (I'm sure there was a lot of salt-induced water weight here)
    8/5: 290 (I'm digging this progress!)

    Got a 120 pounds to lose. Got my wonderful wife supporting me but the work crew supposedly dieting with me isn't really working on the diet challenge. I watch the postings here and I think I can make the additional 20 by New Years.

    I’m in.
    Starting weigh 270.
    Lost 14 pounds so far and feel wonderful.
    12 weeks left till New Years.
    Planning on losing between 1 to 2 pounds a week, so I will be happy with a total loss starting counting today of around 15 pounds.
    Starting from New Years I will re-evaluate and set a new goal and ways to get to it.
