Hi, It's been a while since I've been on here and this time I want to do it right. Any tips, encouragement, cheers or constructive jeers are welcome!
Looking to loose a few inches to get in my wedding dress on the 8th of August. I know that's soon and believe me I don't want a quick fix, just looking to cut down on sodium and cut back on calories for the wedding and then I'll go for the gusto after I come back from my honey moon. Total weight loss would be 30 pounds by the end of the year or whatever time it takes. Thanks in advance for all your help. Smooches!

Have a look on fb at Rebelfit and TeamRH. Such good groups to follow, loads of people using MFP and I’ve picked up all sorts of tips. I’ve been logging for 70 days and lost 1stone so far. Both are groups I think you could get something from especially if you’re after the long term benefits and not quick fixes. I’ve not paid any money to join, I’m just following the posts so not trying to sell you anything!
