I find it really hard to stick to my daily calorific intake on working days yet on days off it's so easy.

Makes sense to an extent... but it's still a copout.
I work a stressful job in sales, and don't even get to really "take time off" since i have management constantly asking "what revenue are you bringing in today/this week?"... even when I'm on vacation.
I still hit my calories and macros spot on within +/- 5 grams every single say.0 -
Work stress is a big deal for me. I am more hungry and less able to go from one meal to the next, even with a snack, during the workday. There is a lot of science behind it, thank you for showing the link to that article. I go back to work soon and I'm worried about this exact topic.0
