I like to eat light healthy breakfast then go on 8 mile hike with some rigor. Follow up with yoga for stretching. Then I don’t feel as guilty when I drink my beers! Lol

I never feel guilty when drinking hard cider/beer/hard liquor! I am looking forward to this weekend as I've got a lot of kayaking and paddleboarding planned, both of those activities require alcohol!0
