Hi im wondering if i can skip the beakfast, im not able to eat in the morning and i always been like that. Is it going to slow down my weight loss if i dont eat in the morning? thanks

No, meal timing is not important. Eat if/when you are hungry!

    Nope.
    Eat when you're hungry.
Don't eat if you're not hungry.
Stop eating when you've had enough.
    Easy.
(Just wish I could remember to take it! lol)

Nope. Calories are calories, no matter when you eat them. I rarely eat breakfast.

No. Calories in, calories out. Eating a certain time of day won't jump start your metabolism. It works all the time. I used to never eat breakfast and it was fine.

I've been successful while skipping breakfast. I only eat when I'm hungry, which isn't until 11am or later. When I forced myself to eat breakfast, I ended up eating more calories overall and gaining.

Nope. Stay under your calorie goal and eat at the times of day when you're hungry. Don't listen to folks who tell you that you should not eat in the evenings because it's not true.

No I dont think it will. Weight loss is simple math, burn more calories than you consume. If you aren't hungry, don't eat. That's 300 calories at least saved right there.

It will because eating in the morning gears up your metabolism and so helps you burn more calories, plus it stops you overheating later. If you really can't stomach a meal how about a fruit smoothie?

    Research Intermittent fasting

I eat my first meal at 12.30-1pm . meal timing is irrelevant

I second this. My husband and I both Intermittent fast. I highly recommend it.

Here are a few good sources we have found...

I agree! intermittent fasting has definitely helped me. Lost close to 7lbs in 2 weeks when i changed to this and i have so much more control over my hunger.

I never used to eat breakfast in the morning either. Then I bought into the whole "most important meal of the day/boost your metabolism" crappola. I don't see where eating it made a difference one way or the other except for taking up more time in the morning and causing me to have to think of yet another meal. so.... I stopped. I hadn't lost any weight in 4-5 months but 3 weeks into skipping breakfast, I finally lost another pound.

I don't like counting my calories. I did it for a while and was maintaining after I stopped counting. Dropping breakfast is a way for me to reduce my calories without having to count them. I view it as a form of intermittent fasting. Much more convenient for me. No breakfast, light lunch, large dinner. I'm happy with that.
