2 months and 1 week apart. 22 pounds difference. Same shirt and jeans.

08/02 & 08/29 of this year
I am down from 207 in November of last year-that was the last time I weighed myself when I got there I was afraid for my health so I just avoided my scale, & the battery died so I don’t know how large I actually was-to 160.8 this morning.
The plateaus have been so frequent & difficult to overcome, but my goal is to get down to 145. For now, I will settle for no love handles. Once those are gone, then I can really try to tone my body.11 -

Starting Weight 6 months ago: 184lbs
Current Weight: 139.7 lbs
GW: 134lbs
I feel very proud of myself given that I had my first child 9 months ago. I decided to lose weight when I was 3 months postpartum as I was so disgusted with my body. I have just under 6lbs to lose until I get to the big 50lbs lost mark. Well done to everyone who has posted, you all look great and the transformations are something else!

5 months in - I am on the right. The loss was 185-ish to 150.

Photo on Left = 250 lbs (-30 lbs into my journey)
Photo on Right = 213 lbs (-67 lbs into my journey)
SW in April 2019 = 280 lbs.
UGW = 180 lbs.
Age 54, Height 6'1"
I cut out all fast food, sugary drinks & snacks, and switched to a balance diet of lean proteins, fats and carbs. I exercise 6 days a week alternating between cardio and weight training. As far as strength goes, I couldn't even do 2 pushups in a row last April, and now I can do 50 in a row.

Just a couple of pics of my progress! I started at 195lbs January 2019. The pic on the left is me @ 186lbs, the pic to the right is me at 161lbs, which is about where I am at now. 10-15lbs away from my goal weight! Hoping to be at 150lbs by Christmas time7 -

These pics are fabulous. It really shows that even 10 or 20 lbs lost can make a big difference. Whenever you feel you have far to go, STOP and remember how far you’ve come.
