Photo on Left = 250 lbs (-30 lbs into my journey)
Photo on Right = 213 lbs (-67 lbs into my journey)
SW in April 2019 = 280 lbs.
UGW = 180 lbs.
Age 54, Height 6'1"
I cut out all fast food, sugary drinks & snacks, and switched to a balance diet of lean proteins, fats and carbs. I exercise 6 days a week alternating between cardio and weight training. As far as strength goes, I couldn't even do 2 pushups in a row last April, and now I can do 50 in a row.

Just a couple of pics of my progress! I started at 195lbs January 2019. The pic on the left is me @ 186lbs, the pic to the right is me at 161lbs, which is about where I am at now. 10-15lbs away from my goal weight! Hoping to be at 150lbs by Christmas time7 -

I’m down 54 pounds now. Still a ways to go.

These pics are fabulous. It really shows that even 10 or 20 lbs lost can make a big difference. Whenever you feel you have far to go, STOP and remember how far you’ve come.

Left is 2016 and right was 2 months ago. I’m not really that tan but the fitting room was kinda dark as I was trying on bikinis. I didn’t have much to loose, but even just loosing 10lbs-15lbs and toning up was hard work- especially with low thyroid. It just makes me appreciate every success story so much- especially you all who are loosing big numbers! I applaud you ♥️9 -
