Swimming calories calculator?

Hey everyone!
I'm Kallie, I recently purchased a Garmin vivoactive 3 music to keep track of my gym calories as well as swimming, I loove swimming, however, the calories count seems to be really low, it calculates distance, time, pace, laps but it deactivates the HR sensor, the other day, I did 1 KM in 37 minutes and it said I only burned 170 calories, which is impossible.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to calculate more accurate calories burned during swimming??
Thanks in advance!

What is your height & weight? MFP gives me just over 400 cals per hour for lap swimming but my Garmin gives me about 325 per hour.0

The calc they used is based on studies of some average swimmers. You may or may not be average.
But better options.0 -
Enter your details such as: female, 80 kg, swimming 5.5 km/hr

I use this one also since it takes pace into account. I find it to be pretty accurate for myself.0
