Confused with calorie goals!! PLEASE HELP!!!

My calorie goal is 2000?? I want to lose 2lb per week. I’m currently 86kg and want to drop to 78 (lose about a stone) Do I eat 2000 cal a day or do I eat 1500 to create a deficit. Has the deficit already been created by eating 2000 calories by MFP
