KAL Nutritional Yeast doesn't add up

The serving size is 20 grams, so how can there be 9g of protein, 14g of carb, and 1g of fat? That adds to 24 grams!

That, my friend, is a good question. :)

I’ve got one for you. If a serving size of Bushes Baked Beans is 130 grams, which is supposedly half a cup, why is it so honking big when I weigh it out onto my plate? Don’t get me wrong, it makes me happy to see that big old puddle of beans, but it just confuses me. Visually it’s over a cup. Next time I’m going to weigh it into a measuring cup, just out of curiosity, to check the volume. Usually, in my world of weighing, it’s the other way around, ya know?

I’ve looked at the nutritional value for other baked beans and most are identical, so it doesn’t seem to be a label error.

Well, half a cup is 4 oz of water, or 113 grams. You’d think that beans are a little denser, so 130g isn’t totally crazy. Maybe it’s closer than you think.
