Testosterone level and muscle growth

I have been doing weight lifting since one year now and adding muscle mass slowly. I was just curious and had my testosterone level checked. Free T level is 64pg/mL. They say normal range is 47-235 for male. I am 39 years old male. Guys who have added significant muscle mass in 30's and 40's, did you check your T levels? Did you find some co-relation of T levels to muscle growth rate?

Higher T can result in increased gains... look at all the professionals out there who manipulate T, insulin, etc.
That said, without your doctors assistance, there is literally nothing sold over the counter that will raise T levels. In order to increase T, your only option is to do so with your doctors assistance and the likelihood of that happening without a medical reason is very low.3 -
Spot on ^. You also need to eat healthy to gain muscle mass, it doesn't happen over night.0
