Trying to make a low carb 2000 calories a day cut

    For weight management calories are what matter, macros matter for satiety and personal preference with the exception of those who have a medical condition and have been advised to restrict certain foods by a doctor.

    I lost weight eating 250g of Carbs per day so it certainly isn't necessary to restrict them as low as previous poster has suggested.

    Carbs are too high for what?

    Low carb is considered anything under 150g per day.

    Exactly right. KETO is another fad diet that is not sustainable for MOST long term. And when people suddenly go off KETO, they balloon up fast!
