Hello everyone, I am really liking tracking the foods I eat. Quickly saw why I am not losing weight. What I thought was a good eating day brought no changes on the scale. These pounds are really stubborn.

    Yes, at first I also didn't track my calories.
    I then bought a food scale so I can know more or less how many calories I eat.

    One thing I learned is olive oil and avocado, although being healthy do contain a lot of calories so I usually eat 1/4 of avocado and am cautious with the olive oil in my salads :)

    Go on to a person's profile and you'll either see an "add friend" button or a symbol of heads and shoulders, hit that and you can send a request and a little message.
