Intermittent Fasting!

Happy August! Is anyone trying an intermittent fasting diet to jumpstart the new school year? If so any pointers or tips? I started on Monday. I have done well so far but I am afraid to fall off the wagon. I also started light weight training. I am not looking for a miracle cure to my weightless just something to jumpstart my metabolism. Thanks!

IF won't jump start your metabolism, but meal timing may help you keep a consistent calorie deficit.

I tried it.. and liked not thinking about food and just eating during a window of time. However, it was not a miracle way to lose weight and didn't really work at all for me.
I think it is real helpful for binge eaters who are better off on an all or nothing plan. some of them do the 22:2 or 20:4.
what has worked for me is the opposite.. I eat six times a day.. every 2.5 5o 3 hours. Now that has gotten my metabolism going
