    From your previous post I think what you are asking about is DOMS, delayed onset muscle soreness. This is quite normal when you first start working out, or start a new routine, it should ease off in a day or two.

    You may get it the first few times you do a particular exercise, it should ease off as your body adjusts to your new routine.

    If I get it I to keep moving a little as it helps ease the soreness and even if I am still a little sore still will still do the routine next time, but maybe go a little more gently.
