neck question

My neck has gotten a little bit saggy since losing my weight. At this point, I tell myself If I could build one inch of muscle on my neck..the saggy would go away. As I lift weights to get toned all over, I've also started doing some neck exercises.
Has this worked for any of you? Or??? am I dreaming?

Sorry but, yes, ur dreaming.
Sagging skin is an unfortunate consequence of rapid wt loss, which may or may not "disappear" over time, while maintaining the wt loss thru controlled eating and improving your fitness thru regular exercise, depending on your age and genetics.

not to argue but if lifting weights and building muscles in your arms and legs improves saggy skin because the new larger muscle fills in the skin. why couldn't that concept work on the neck?3
