New again on MFP

I am back from 2 year hiatus. On a low carb reduced calorie plan. Goal of 10% carb or less and goal of 1600 calories not to exceed 2000. I have also tried many different vitamins, minerals and supplements in the past and finally found a mix that helps with the hunger and my metabolism. 9 lbs down in 17 days. Initial goal is to get to 225 and adjust to a new goal once I get there. Here to be motivated by others. The struggle is real.
