Looking for locals that go to the walk/run groups, or are trying keto or are checking out the Natural Grocer's community nutrition classes. Hoping for some inspiration in my area that will understand/inspire to stick to exercise commitments when weather shifts dramatically etc. Kate in Spokane, WA
