I am a middle aged women who has almost always struggled with my weight. In the past 10 years, things have gotten out of control with weight gain of 2 to 5 pounds per year - which add up quickly! I have some health issues from a hip replacement that didn’t go as planned, but try to be more active while not relying on pain killers to function. My goal is to first get to a BMI of just “over weight “. I’ll then focus on my end goal of losing 50 pounds and keeping it off.

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
I've had both knees and one hip done. Sorry you ran into issues.0
