    Hello, If you are trying by phone.... On the bottom of the screen, it says Home, Diary, Progress and more. Click more, then scroll down and click friends, then click the little + symbol in the top right corner and you can add by name. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me, I’m one week in 😊

    Hi how are you? Try to set your macros and calories to benefit your body. And always track your food, and exercise

    To Add Friends

    Android App - click their name, then click their name again. Click the people icon just below and to the right.

    I think it's similar with iPhones and online.
