Hi: joined / started the journey on August 1st. Was shocked at last doctor's appointment to see the weight. The first days have been hard! I am a carbohydrate fiend.

    Logging your food and try adding friends for support seeing their comments helps keep you on track.

    Welcome.

    There are different types of carbohydrates.. try to eat more of the good ones and less of the bad.

    Do you do exercise? You could try to build up your exercise over time.
