Hi everyone.
I lost 30 lb by doing a medically supervised weight loss program. My leg isn't swelling up anymore, my feet don't hurt as much, I have much more energy.
I have at least 30 more lb to lose to get to a healthy weight, however. I started personal training when I realized my weight was ballooning up again after I ended my diet. I am currently quasi maintaining my weight (I do go up at times) and am hoping to find some support and inspiration here.
