So that was my sign. 2 days ago I had to stop tying my shoes to take a break. It was a very sad moment for me and I realized I need to change.
I'm 28 I have 100 pounds to lose and I'm ready to do it.
I haven't tried this before, so any tips or tricks I should know would be great.

Good luck! I have paired this app with accupedo app ( keep my iPhone on my person to track) to track my steps taken. I find it very motivating to see what I did yesterday for steps and to try to beat that..I love the way the food and exercise diaries work. Food diary - try the bar code method to add food! I love it! Just be mindful of the portion size...
Take it one day at a time..make reasonable goals for activity and diet based on what you can do..0 -
