2 Tablespoons Green Onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute
Pepper to Taste 1 Fat Free Flour Tortilla
2 Tablespoon Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Salsa
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Combine first 4 ingredients and stir. Add to pan and cook until done. Place tortilla on a microwave plate. Spread with the cream cheese and microwave for 15 seconds on high. Remove from microwave add egg mixture and salsa, then roll up the tortilla. Serve.
