    Hi! I need to get back to fit ... I’ve let go the reins and need to gain control again. I’ve been walking almost daily and hitting the gym 3 days a week.. I try to maintain a 40% carbs —- 20% fat— 40% protein diet ... it worked before but I’ve got to reduce my calories to lose the weight ... I’m averaging 2500 a day but I want to try for 2000 a day. I’m a 6’ man and I’m back up to 250 .. I should be 220
