Hey I was looking for some advice to help with fat reduction, because I believe my body has hit a plateau. I haven't been working out for the past two weeks, however I'll be starting back up to date. Are there any tips and recipes I can use I'm currently at 193 and would love to be at least 170 or 180 by my birthday which is January 3rd.

Calorie deficit is all it takes. 20 pounds should be doable in 5 months if you stick with it. There are a lot of recipes for lower calorie foods. My favorite is skinnytaste.com
Commitment, consistency, calorie deficit and moving more, should help you reach your goal.

Plateaus and fluctuations are a normal part of the process. You have to accept them. No need to swap anything up unless you want to.

All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit.
