Lost 65 pounds during 2017 and was able to mostly maintain weight until some medical issues came up (injury). Made it real hard to keep the weight off and felt like it injury created situation depression and weight gain. What made 2017 successful was a friend in college dieting and between the two of us it became fun and competitive while providing support.
Anyways, my wife started losing weight using the same approach as the 2017 diet and she is having great success. This made me want to start again and officially on day two; however, I was able to manage ten pound weight loss during the month of June.
Would love to have some accountability partners on here and hopefully the misses decided to join in on the community. It is nice to have someone close with the same goals.
