Weightlifting and weight loss

I started weightlifting around 2015 and never looked back. I documented my weight loss on Instagram and decided to share my story with the world. Years later and many new friends I’m happy to report I’m 130 lbs down and counting. Weightlifting is a way of life and something that I recommend to anyone looking to loose weight. Don’t be afraid of the dumbbells or equipment they will change your life!
