Brand new here!! I’ve been fairly comfortable being overweight, but I recently gained ten pounds and I’m feeling it. I’d like to lose about 20 pounds, 30 at most. Not looking to be thin, as I find it too hard to maintain. It’s been a long time since I purposefully lost weight so I’m quite worried that it will be challenging. I have a full time job, a meat and potatoes husband and two young teens, one of which is super picky. But I’m giving it a try!! I’d like to do a short term start goal of ten pounds in 3 weeks. This may be too ambitious, but I have 2 weeks off work so I thought I’d give “Er. I’d appreciate any tips, support, etc !!!

When you don't have a lot to lose, it typically takes longer to lose safely.1
