Flat Abs? Help!

Hi everyone, so I’m having a bit of a problem. I started doing ab workouts at home wanting a flat stomach and small muscle. I’m naturally petite and I don’t have a lot of fat on my body. However I’ve been working out for 2 weeks now and my stomach looks big and bloated almost. I didn’t want this to happen and I’m confused. My diet is healthy but I’m wondering if I should stop what I’m doing. Should I rest for awhile and see if the swelling goes down? Lastly, is this reversible or will I be like this forever? Thanks!
