Been using MFP for a while but have not poked my nose into the forums yet.
Have made so many changes at once and am now getting to grips with what is working and surprising myself it seems.
So I am having great success with TRE (Time Restricted Eating), combined with 800 calories a day bolstered with running 3 times a week.
Looking forward to learning more and interested in food choices as well.
