Tring yet again

Hello everyone! I have fallen off yhe wagon big time, and trying to get back on board. My health has declines, I have developed asthma (ppssibly from allergies or gerd) and I'm sick and tired of being yhis way. I have lost a lot of weight negore using a lower carb diet, so doing that again. I am slowly transitioning i to it (started by eating more salads/proteins). I have RA/Fibro and a couple other tjings going on that hinder my exercise, but I am realizing I am using those as an excuse. So....I am holding myself accountable and going full throttle back in! I am visiting my sister out of state in Sept, so not sure what will happen there.
I work midnights (I'll be done in an hour) so I'll get measurements when I get home.
So....that's it in a nut shell!!
