Hi all. I’ve joined fitness pal years ago but never took it seriously, first time writing a post. 😬
I thought if Im going to do this I’m going to do it properly!!!
I need to get myself into it. I’m but I just worry that I’m constantly gonna be hungry.
Could anyone help me with filling foods!

That really depends on you and your preferences, as not everyone is filled with the same food mix.
Set your goals: choose a less aggressive weight loss goal so that you have more calories to work with. Remember that MFP expects you to eat back your exercise calories as well.
Try different foods. Generally, proteins, high fiber foods and some fat will work. However, that would seem to fit nuts to a tee and most people don't feel full on a single serving of nuts.
Keep notes: as you try different food combinations, check in with yourself. Did that cereal breakfast hold you through to lunch? If not, try more protein next time.0
