Welcome!
4 important things you need to achieve your goal:
1. Food scale and weigh every morsel
2. Eat within your calorie deficit (Note: you can eat much more healthy food than junk)
3. Exercise 30 min or more a day, either weight training, cardio or combo of both 4-6 days a week
4. Make no excuses, have patience, and Stay Positive.
This is what worked for me and I have lost over 60 lbs so far on my way to 100. Good luck!2
