Hi iv always followed a low carb diet, but the last couple of years I have slipped off. I started this aweek agio with a trainer who done my maros, i have exercised for 25 years. I weighed myself today and have put on a 1pound, should i stick it out.

The pound is water weight. When you start exercising, your muscles retain water to repair themselves. So, yes, stick it out.
