Hiii,
After my first post I got really motivated by all of your answers and am looking for a training program to start with.
*Hoping I can get a stronger body*
Do any of you have recommendations?
I dont mind if it's paid, as long as its worth it.
Thank you for reading

I started with Stronglifts 5X5. Only five lifts to learn, which makes it simple. And a free app you can download at stronglifts.com that tracks your lifts and weights making it easier. It's free, too.2
