Struggling with left arm forearm

For the past 2-3 months I have been struggling with severe pain in my left forearm close to the joint. I struggle to grip things and pick them up and when I extend my index finger it hurts like hell.
I have done some research and have tried to rest it, but it is just not getting any better. I am sure I have Radial Tunnel Syndrome as it flared up since doing weight training.
I have tried resting it and even using a tens machine to relax and work the muscles in hopes to sorting it out, but it is just not coming right.
Any suggestions or recommendations? I really want to get back o lifting some weights, but at this rate it might be never.
