Apps Have Different Calorie Totals (iPhone versus iPad)

My iPad is reporting higher calories than my iPhone for the last several days, sometimes several hundred calories more.
It seems to report some foods twice, or, if I swiped right on the iPhone to repeat yesterday’s meal, adds in ingredients from a week earlier.
Anyone else having this problem?

I did have an issue, others as well from posts here, where foods and/or amounts were being added in through a glitch in the app. It wasn't specific to Apple devices though. It happened off and on for a couple of weeks. I would enter 2 eggs, only to see 20 or 30 servings just show up later in the day. I haven't had that happen for several weeks now though, so assumed it was fixed.0

Another glitch I have observed is that if I log something and then go back to correct the grams, that meal can get counted twice in health kit. It's not terribly hard to delete the duplicate calories but it's almost impossible to delete the duplicated nutrients if one is interested in tracking those.0

Oh rats. I hadn’t even thought about it affecting nutrients or macros. I always enter the whole day’s plan at once and then adjust grams as I go.0
