Investing in the time now. Will make the change more permanent and easier. Swapping out high calorie options for lower ones is a great start. You don’t have to give up the things you love. To lose weight. You just have to be willing to compromise.

Don’t lose weight for others. Do it for yourself.
Don’t weigh yourself daily. Every other day will do fine.

If you’re female there will be a week or so where your weight will spike with your cycle. Don’t be discouraged. Skip weighing that week stay focused.

The scale doesn’t lie, it will be your friend if you let it!
